Returns & Store Credit Policy – Velstine

At Velstine, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Store Credit (Preferred Option)

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only

  • Store credit is issued for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping)

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Returns & Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of store credit:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Important Notes

  • Sale or final sale items cannot be returned

  • We do not offer direct exchanges — simply return the item and place a new order

  • Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused
